We would be delighted if you could join us in a farewell ceremony on our school field on
Friday 16th July at 11:15. The children will take part in a celebration of their time here at
Hurst Green and after will have their super hero lunch here at school.
Events will look slightly different to previous years due to the restrictions and guidance we
have to adhere to. For these reasons we are asking that one parent per child attends to
keep to the maximum of group gatherings to 30 when outside.
Entrance to the school field will be through the gates situated by the Family Centre where
upon entrance you will be guided to the children’s ceremony. We ask that you maintain
social distancing rules and face masks to be worn. If you would like to bring a chair or
blanket to sit on please feel free. There will be no seating provided.
We hope with your support to be able to make this event successful and fully compliant
to the guidance we have to follow.
